Nine ingenious ways to create surface texture and manipulated magic. Create all nine ideas in class and combine to create an amazingly marvellously nipped, tucked, twiddled and fiddled panel with a little added extra embellishment.
Bags Galore Wednesday - 8th October 2025
Easy ways to create simple bags from shopping to hand, embellished to plain, Scrip to Sling and Origami to Hobo – indeed all sorts of bags for many different occasions. Every student will make three basic bag techniques plus one or two more from a range of delectable designs and patterns. A must for all bag-bods - t’is fast, fun and Oh sew simple!! Workshop starts with three easy bag making techniques then you have a chance to choose which other bag or bags you wish to make.
Free Motion Mayhem - Thursday 30th October 2025 
Stressed over stippling, worried about wiggling, panic not! From quilting to embroidery, Trapunto to appliqué, flowers, feathers, leaves and many other continuous line designs will be covered in class. Drop your shoulders relax and play with confidence and creativity in your own unique free style fashion. Expect to go home with a collection of samples and no finished piece.
Scrappy Zappy Do - Monday 10th November 2025
Scrabble in your fabric stash and fish out oddments of material! A most excellent way to combine a series of coloured scraps or memorable materials into an attractive hanging/table runner/small quilt. Ideal as a wall-hanging or table runner - just a bit if fun to sew.
